This past week, I took the plunge, answered my questions about love (under part “.3.”), and set myself up to answer the Big Question about whether love has a cosmic purpose beyond mere loving.
For ease of reference, here again are the questions:
- what is true love? (what is false love?)
- what is the quality of my love?
- is true love the only thing that matters?
In responding to them, I found myself drawn to understanding, appreciating, and blessing …
- the ways and means by which I can be centred in love
- the ways and means by which I can follow (or manifest!) a path with heart
- the ways and means by which I can love truly and wisely
If the first serves to expose the truth of who and what I am, and if the second serves to reveal the meaning, purpose, and direction of my life, then the third serves to realize a dynamic balance between my soul and spirit, encouraging me to assume sacred and divine ways of being, to allow soulful heartfelt encounters with “the other”, to manifest joy and bliss, through peace and love, with grace and ease.
My intention, as I go deeper into these centrally placed existential pointers, will be to give as much credence and confidence to the contemplation of mystery as I do to the manifestation of mastery. If my responses to these pointers serve to effectively integrate and guide my behavior and conduct in everyday life, I’ll have more confidence in saying that I am approaching the ultimate in personal fulfillment.
