EgoCentric or NavaTantric?

cultivate soul with intimacy to celebrate a life in ecstasy
from me (and you) … to us (and them) … to we (are one),
serving as a supple bridge between intimacy and ecstasy

A good life is one of cultivation and celebration: if being alive is a predictable outcome of cultivating soul with intimacy, then being alive is a controllable outcome of celebrating a spirit in ecstasy.

In a living, loving, lusting spirit full of heart and soul, the undeniably exquisite pleasure of an orgasm can only ever be a blessing that is full and filling, experienced as a culmination and a perpetuation.

In sacred union, am I for myself or am I for the other? Am I only for myself or am I only for the other?

I am for myself and I am for the other: in being myself for myself, I am being myself for the other, and in being myself for the other, I am being myself, but I can only ever be myself if I am being myself for the other and I can only ever be myself for the other if I am being myself.

The ultimate in personal fulfillment can be ordained in two steps, in tandem, towards one realization by … cultivating a soul of gratitude with intimacy, and by … celebrating a spirit of generosity through ecstasy, by … exploring (religiously) the intimacy of receiving and not receiving quality (with a soul of gratitude), and by … expressing (spiritually) the ecstasy of giving and not giving vitality (in a spirit of generosity).

I can be religious without doing religion, but I cannot be spiritual without also being religious.

Just as giving generously, in a spirit of generosity with and through feelings of delight in a state of ecstasy, is just as much a matter of knowing when to give as when not to give, so too is receiving graciously and gratefully, with and through a soul of gratitude from the depths of intimacy, as much a matter of knowing when to receive as when not to receive the value or quality of what is being offered or trying to be offered.

If expanding the range of my gratitude is a religious practice for the heart of my soul, then extending the scope of my generosity is a spiritual practice for the soul of my spirit; together, this attunement and alignment arise in tandem as my soul and spirit calibrate to integrate.

In a span of 60 seconds to no more than 150 seconds, I give daily thanks from the heart of my soul to at least one thing, even as I give a “no thank you” from the heart of my soul to at least one thing, and in a span of 60 seconds to no more than 150 seconds, I can say “today, I am prepared to give of my soul in a spirit of generosity by …” (pinpointing at least one way by which to give generously and delightfully).

Setting aside 5 minutes of my time in the morning (preferably not long after I awaken), I can perform these deceptively quick, short, simple, easy exercises with a hot drink by my side (bookended by 150 seconds of meditation, for a total of ten minutes), and for optimal results, be consistent and impeccable in the timing (mornings, not long after I awaken) and the doing (daily), using a timer to keep me on point.

Today, from the heart of my soul …

From the heart of my soul, I wish to say “thank you” for …
From the heart of my soul, I must say “no thank you” to …

Today, from the soul of my spirit …

I wish to give of my soul in a spirit of generosity to …
I am prepared to give of my soul in a spirit of generosity to …

Optional additional practice for the soul of spirit …

Today, I must decline to give of my soul in a spirit of generosity to …
Today, I must discern whether to give of my soul in a spirit of generosity to …

Feel free to tweak these words to best suit your purposes, to savor the growth of your garden of intimacy with a soul of gratitude even as you revel in the rise of your ecstasy in a spirit of generosity.

There was a time, not so long ago, when this context of inquiry and discovery could stand alone, but now, with the ongoing transition from third to fourth density consciousness, and with the growing importance of human ecology, a vital new dimension has emerged for inclusion.

The emergent coupling of the ekotic and erotic dimensions of life has compelled a renewed understanding and appreciation of the dimensions of life, love, and lust that surround and support it …

key definitions

material: the matter (and energy) from which a thing is (present to the senses) or can be made (like energetic putty in the hands and minds of those who can mold it)

sensuous: relating to or affecting the senses rather than the intellect; attractive or gratifying physically, especially sexually (i.e., sensuous aspects; e.g., sensuous lips or voice)

amorous: showing, feeling, or relating to sexual desire; sexual desire – positively feeling it, showing evidence of positively feeling it, and relating to it with genuine positive feeling

ekotic: tending to incubate sexual desire or excitement or relating to this incubation (with ideas, perspectives, and visions of ideal scenarios); e.g., the body and home are ekotic

erotic: tending to arouse sexual desire or excitement or relating to said arousal (by way of presence, the promise of sight and sound, and the promise of touch and taste)

sensual: pertaining to, inclined towards, or preoccupied with, a gratification of the senses as well as physical (especially sexual) pleasure; e.g., he gives a good sensual massage

sexual: relating to or associated with sex or the sexes; having or involving sex; relating to instincts and activities connected with physical attraction or intimate physical contact

spiritual (old): relating to, or affecting, the human spirit or soul (?!, the spirit is not the soul) as opposed to (?!) material or physical things; e.g., making love is a spiritual endeavor

spiritual (new): relating to, or affecting, the expressive human spirit through the use and enjoyment of material or physical things; e.g., making love harmoniously is a spiritual endeavor

As a true submissive, serving as a supple bridge between intimacy and ecstasy, I welcome 4 NavaTantric ideals for orchestrating, calibrating, and integrating the spirit of generosity in harmony with the soul of gratitude, for the sake of self, other, and the world, as follows:

loving myself truly, deeply, warmly, kindly, sweetly,
I bear one burden in service to the other – and bear it well,
reserving deep trust and respect for the role of family in community;
all else is fair game where love, lust, pleasure, and desire are concerned

I am not becoming God; I am God in being worthy of who I am, as I am

The ideal of being God, of recalling that I am God, of reclaiming the vital birthright that I am God, is approached by moving energy with grace and ease, by flowing with energy through grace and ease, submissively (for the heart of soul) and transmissively (for the soul of spirit).

I have a choice: do I absorb this energy EgoCentrically or do I radiate this energy NavaTantrically?

To share information and inspiration on what is happening on this troubled yet promising world, I drew up two lists of sites that are serving the causes of personal, global and/or cosmic awakening.
